A TYPICAL COACHING SESSION
The beauty of coaching is that there is no such thing as a typical coaching session. Although we may address nutrition, stress management, lab test results, or focus on your dreams in life, every single person has different needs and preferences of how to go about things. Each coaching session will address issues that the coachee may struggle with, however big or small. Health coaching does not mean that anything outside of this area cannot be discussed. In fact, anything that troubles you will affect your health and well-being. It is therefore important that you address these issues with your coach. I am here to help you find nutritional health, a balanced life, and inner peace. When you are ready for change and ready to invest in yourself, I will be ready to support you and push you further than you thought you would go. Most coaching sessions occur online via Skype so you will need access to internet and a device from which you can make Skype calls. We can also have our sessions over the phone, although I prefer to see my clients during a session, it makes it a lot more personal! Occasionally I see clients at home or at a local venue when coaching larger groups. Please get in touch if you are local (Leicester, UK) and would prefer to meet in person. This may incur extra charges.
